Model card

A standardized document describing an AI model's purpose, performance metrics, training data, known limitations, and intended use cases. The concept was formalized in "Model Cards for Model Reporting" (Mitchell et al., 2019, published at the ACM FAT* conference) and has since been referenced in several state laws.
